Next semester, each Junior Animation Team will produce a single 1-minute PSA promoting the work and messeging behind HATS Humane Animal Treatment Society.

 

 

The theme that we will be doing our initial research under is:

"A World Without HATS Public Funding. . . and How You Can Help"

 

The sub-text of each PSA will highlight the Services and Care Items that will dissappear without public donations, while ending on a posative note of empowering your audience to make a small change.
